WCCB Fall Trip 2010
This year’s fall trip is being planned by Bill Olmsted.
Our plans are to travel to the Muskoka Lakes in Ontario, Canada. We will be staying at the Shamrock Lodge in Port Carling. This is a beautiful resort situated centrally in the Muskoka lake region. The rates are $99.00 per person per night plus 5% P.S.T. 5% G.S.T and 15% service charge. This rate does include breakfast each day.
Arrival date will be Wednesday September 15th and we will be departing on Sunday September 19th. If you would like to arrive early or stay late please just make your reservations with the Shamrock Lodge.
Thursday September 16, through Saturday, September 18 the plan is to cruise different areas of the lakes visiting many of the beautiful boat houses throughout the region. One day we will be traveling by boat to Gravenhurst to visit the Antique Boat Museum. Jim Grand and Peter Breen have agreed to lead us on these trips and we are still in the planning stage for the daily cruise.
Meal plans are as follows: Breakfast, daily at the Shamrock Lodge, price included in the room rate. Lunch, daily – still in the planning stages. Dinner, Wednesday and Thursday, on your own. Friday will be our traditional dish to pass pig out. Saturday, Dinner at the Shamrock Lodge $34.95 per person.
If you are planning on attending this years event please do the following
Notify the Shamrock lodge and make your reservations. A $100.00 deposit will be required at this time. Please make your reservations as soon as possible as they have another group that wants to book for this weekend.

In addition The Niagara Frontier Chapters Annual Boat Show is September 11th and 12th at the Buffalo Launch Club on Grand Island. They have offered to store any ones boat for the week between the show and the Fall trip if they will be attending their show. This could save someone some mileage towing their boat.
